Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Once image and personalization is provided and design is finished, I will print and ship. My processing time is 3-5 business days. Standard shipping takes 4-8 days to get to you after I ship. Priority mail takes 2-4 days and Priority Mail Express 1-2 days. If you have any questions regarding shipping please send me a message!
Returns & Refunds
The Small Print
If you are not happy with the product received, I will gladly work with you to fix the issue and ship out a corrected order. If no solution is agreed upon, I will refund the order after return of the original product, by order basis. We will not refund due to shipping and delivery delays, unless the delay was with our processing time. We do not give refunds on customized items. All the following information used to complete a purchase: first name, last name, email address, physical address and image files provided for customization of your order are kept private, secured, and used solely for the purpose of completing your order . Payment information is received by Wix Payments and is kept private and secure according to their own privacy policy.
